The Big Snow indoor skiing facility up in New Jersey has been holding mogul weekends :)

August 26-27 is the next mogul weekend at Big SNOW.  Note that there is a game on Saturday.  Needless to say, that makes parking more complicated.  I'm meeting up with a friend on Sunday afternoon, August 27.  Will be on my way back from Lake Placid.

Next dates are Sept. 1-3 and Sept. 22-24.

When it's a bit busy, can be better to get a ticket for a 2-hour session that doesn't on the hour.  For instance, instead of going for 1:00pm, check 1:15.  When it's not that busy, can often go in a little early.

"The arrival of one of the largest indoor ski facilities in the world to Fairfax County is still up in the air.

Alpine-X, a Tysons-based company, had hoped to file plans late last year to lease land at the county-owned I-95 landfill in Lorton for the public-private project called Fairfax Peak.
