I am excited - less physical restrictions. by Dec 17 months post-op Lumbar lami Fuse. So nice to be pain-free.
The hard part of the hip, neck, and back rebuild/repair is the time to rebuild muscle strength since I no longer can lift heavy weights. Deadlifts and squats are out for me.
Slow and steady is the game.
