Thanks. Webmaster Doug posted two more shots today. I'm praying that the tail end of this warm front brings snow to Timberline, Canaan Valley, Snowshoe, Wisp, and 7 Springs.

John,

I assume you are the John Sherwood from the Volkl article?

I skied for years then had a family(no skiing), the boys finally got old enough so i started getting the whole family into it. In the old days I was skiing 185's and everyone said go shorter. So, I purchased a pair of 178 Dynastar Skicross 9's. GREAT ski!! But, I have some trouble in the bumps. So, now I'm thinking 170's. Obviously you dropped a fair amount in length, did you feel you lost any speed? Then again, I'm not looking to do 60MPH....

Keep up the artciles and pictures, it help get through work this time of year.
