Don't know anything about future weather predictions. What I do know is the skiing in the Catskill Mountains was awesome on Sunday Jan 9, 2005. Definitly one of the top 5 days for this season so far. Thanks to mother nature for covering the Catskills with 10+ inches of the white stuff. Nice to see white covering everyone's front lawns again. Hey its winter.

Well,
Maybe for you it is, but not here in the Mid-Atlantic We're supposed to see several days in the upper-sixties/lower seventies Supposedly, there's relief in sight

Warren I hear what your saying. Fortunately its a free country ( if you have the money). You can ski wherever you want. Seems like a lot of down hillers are complaining this year. To warm, not enough snow, too much snow, road to ski area closed because of too much snow, ski area closed because of too much snow, avalanche takes a 14 year old boy right out of chairlift, etc. etc. etc.

As Lucille Ball would say, "somebody got some xplaining to do." Or maybe that was Dezi Arnaz.

Catskills,
You're right. It is a free country and I'm flying to Whistler from 3/18 - 3/26 I've been there twice in late January and I've seen where they can get some good dumps in March By the way, that was Desi Arnez that said there was some splaining to do (and there definitely is this year )
