All the major West Virginia mountains are reporting at least 5 inches of new snow today, Saturday, 11 January.

Wisp in Western MD reports 4 inches of the new stuff and 7 Springs is reporting 5 inches of fresh. MOst of the resorts offer night skiing so it still is not too late to rack the boards and make some turns.

Closer to home, Whitetail resurfaced last night with 5-6 inches of manmade powder.
