Take last nights snowfall, of about 3 inches (i think, according to WG). Add that to the 15-16 possible for this storm (which would be on Timberline) then top it off with the new ADDITIONAL amounts to fall... and you should be coming up with a total of about 20-24 inches possible in the high elevations of Tucker County.
The new warning:
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PITTSBURGH EXPECTS AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 5 INCHES OVERNIGHT.
The older one:
SNOWFALL WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON AND BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES AND CONTINUE OVERNIGHT. TOTAL ACCUMULATION OF 8 TO 15 INCHES IN GARRETT, PRESTON, AND TUCKER COUNTIES.
