There is still time to get a few more weeks of great skiing at Liberty Mountain. Charles and I had a terrific afternoon on Feb.28th. The sun was shinning, the temperature in the 60's, and most of the trails were smooth, well groomed, and had adequate cover. The lift lines were very short, although the earlier two days were much more crowded.
Thanks to the superb adaptive instructor , Mike Caselle. I had two exciting and sinuous glides down on a sitting biski. It is nice to sit back, listen to his music, and let someone else do the hard work! Charles skied the back side and said the trails were well groomed and almost empty
After the skiing we toured the luxurious new Highland Lodge and ate at the Eagle and The Owl Public House. They have 21 craft beers on tap.
We also had a lovely visit with Manager Eric Flynn and Marketing Director Anne Weimer.
The adaptive programs are still going strong, 16 trails are open, and hopes are high for the next few weeks. Enjoy when you can!
Wonderful to hear from you two, especially you Connie!!! No offense, Charles.
Glad you were able to enjoy a little slope time!!!
God Bless!
