Snow gods rewarding those resorts who made it this far. It may not be white and fluffy but it's snow which should help get us through the next 11 days. Hopefully some of the other resorts will join Snowshoe and offer skiing on Easter Sunday.
It looks like HV still has a TON of snow.
Shay's is closed today (as it was yesterda) and so are the glades (which were open yesterday). What are others' thoughts about whether Shay's and the glades are likely to re-open tomorrow if Snowshoe gets 6-10"?
If SS gets 6-10 overnight I guaruntee that the glades will be attempted.

I think you'd have a better chance on Thu instead of Wed. Looks like snow Tue night and all day on Wed. 6 - 10 is forecast THRU Wed nite

I think the bulk of that is supposed to fall overnight into Wednesday morning. At least that's what weather underground seems to say. But you never know, i don't think anyone was calling for 50 inches last week.
My Brother who I have argued with about Global Warming ect just drove over from Colorado and is texting me pics of Busses and Trucks slid off of I 68 passing just north of Deep Creek on his way to DC...he is pulling a trailor and is pale knuckling it... The Al Gore Effect strikes again...keep on truckin Bro...Snow covered cherry trees are waiting for ya!
My how quickly we forgot about February (and last year) when we lost several resorts to the warmth and rain.

Shoulder replacement!! That makes my problem look minor. I have a small fracture and a couple of tears. Doctor confirmed that I do not need surgery yesterday. I will be doing several months of healing and physical therapy. Actually, don't tell anybody but....I skied this past Saturday and Sunday for a few hours, very carefully. I now need to let my poor shoulder heal. I want to be able to use my kayak this summer! And waiting for the ice caps to melt so I have waterfront property (:-)>
Best of luck with your surgery. It is never fun but often necessary.
