Looking for a high quality boot fitter in the Maryland area. Local shops seem to only carry stock Superfeet or similar products. Need a shop that can do custom footbeds, and really knows how to properly fit ski boots. I am tired of the toe bang.

Which shops have you gone to? Where did you buy the current pair of boots?
I think there are two good shops left in the DC area. I've done boot work at Freestyle in Charlottesville but that's because I drive to Massanutten from North Carolina.
Try Princeton Sports.
Brian Beaumont is at the combined Ski Center/Ski Shoppe, which is Gaithersburg as of last year. http://www.skicenterltd.com/service/about/

I used the Ski Center (predecessor shop in NW DC) for many years and have great respect for their bootfitting skills and passion for the sport.

Brian Deely @ Pro-Fit Ski in Leesburg, VA
I will 2nd this reccomendation. We moved to Western PA years ago, and I am actually planning on making an appointment with him this fall and driving the 2.5+ hours each way, just so he can work on my boots.

I will make 3rd. I got custom footbeds from Brian....did great job.
And I'll add a fourth -- Brian Deely at Pro-Fit is top-notch and worth the drive. I bought my current pair of boots from him and he took a lot of time to work with me and make sure they were just right.
Note that the Columbia, Md location of Princeton Sports unfrotunately shut down. The Baltimore location is still open, though.
Alright I'll play my hand of 5 card stud-Brian is a great guy to work with! Custom footbed blown out inside (bunion) and outside (6th toe). On my Lange RS130's with a 97 last I needed the space up front but didn't want to sacrifice anything in the heal. The only other bootfitter I would go to is Buck Brown at Olympic bootworks in Squaw Valley. Just picked up another new pair of RS130's but not sure I can justify the trip out west early in the season to try his Heel-Loc technology in my new boots. Very satisifed with Brian he has a great personality and is a joy to work with.
